  • Yes. Our AI technology can look at seasons and episodes for television as well as seasons and games for sports. By differentiating each, a more thorough and detailed analysis can be achieved. For example, we recently showed a TV series their social media engagement by episode.

  • Yes it does. When your project is configured, we’ll help you list all the individual characters, actors, athletes, coaches, etc. Within the Platform, there are specific pages that know how to use this information to show you more about the conversation. There was one show where a regular non-lead was constantly posting about the show and Ekkobar was able to identify the results of those posts for that person.

  • Most analytic systems look at posts from a subject. However, Ekkobar looks at posts both ‘from’ that subject as well ‘about’ that subject. With both sides of the conversation, we can better understand the conversation and provide you answers. We helped one sports agent identify which sports broadcasters were talking the most about his client.

  • Most social media analytic systems treat all posts the same. Ekkobar does not. When we ingest the posts, we recreate the conversation chain. That means we know about a post, its retweets, shares, and quotes all the way down. By doing this, we can better understand how people are talking and how to respond. The world isn’t flat and neither should your analytic system.

  • Absolutely. When we ingest the social media data, we can look for social media accounts, hashtags, and even text (as long as it’s unique enough). This way, we can understand the full conversation and who’s talking, even if they don’t use the right social media account.

  • No. All the social media data we have you have. We don’t have any private personally identifiable information such as email addresses or phone numbers.

  • That is correct. Most off-the-shelf sentiment analysis is only about 30% accurate. And since we are dealing across industries and with all types of posts, we can’t use tailored large-language models. So we created a better way to do sentiment analysis and can now get into the 70% range.

  • Detecting logos is hard. We use multiple AI technologies to identify logos but the first pass is still only around 50% accurate. So we created add-on AI technology to improve that accuracy into the 80% range.
